How To Place An Order
Orders are accepted by phone, fax or via our website. Orders may be phoned-in on our toll-free line at 877-2GO-LIPO (246-5476), Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm PST. An automated answering machine is available for after-hours ordering. Orders may be faxed toll-free anytime to 877-246-4205. Secure orders can be placed online 24 hours a day by visiting the Products section of our website.

Orders received by 1pm PST are shipped that day.

Guarantee Return Policy
All Lippomix formulas are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please call for a return authorization before returning any products to us. Sorry, we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days.

Shipping Charges
We carefully control our inventory, and are proud to say that we ship all orders the same day the order is received, without backorders:
- Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will ship that day.
- Shipping is FREE for shipments over $100.00, as specified on our terms page. We reserve the right to modify terms, as needs be. We notify our customers prior to changes.
- For orders shipped within California, $7.00 for UPS Ground shipping.
- For orders shipped outside California, please add $10.00 for UPS Ground shipping.
- Alaska and Hawaii subject to UPS 2nd Day rates and USPS Priority.

Want NET 30-day terms? Simply indicate that you want terms and we will contact your office to get three business references. Until you establish credit terms with us, order using pre–paid by check, MasterCard, VISA.
NOTE: You are safe to order online. Lippomix's site is secured with 124-bit encryption. However, if fax your order in, and are a first time customer, we will call your office for credit card information. We do this to protect your privacy. It is best that you avoid faxing credit information to anyone.
